We just moved to town. So it’s a big deal to switch from Patterson. I was a bit nervous because the reviews were so dated. I was able to have an appointment for both the kitty and doggo back to back. It was definitely a time saver. I had to personally reschedule once and then was about ten minutes late to my appointment. Not a single problem with these two things. The building is expanding and the computer system is upgrading. The ladies at the counter seemed quite happy and the tech was full of information. We talked about different treatment plans, which was great because some of the stuff in one plan was already all inclusive in another. The dog has white coat syndrome, and each individual took time just to love on her and be happy with her. It was a bit relieving. Cost wise […] balanced out to what I state as a fair price. We prepaid for the latter half of our shots so that when the time comes we can just show up. We do plan on returning.
